A government based on service, rather than force/power/coercion (and punishment and penalties); that will be wonderful. The motive for service being the opportunity mutually exchange values, and not money per say; that will be wonderful. When there is no need for dishonesty, this will create an atmosphere that will bring out the best in people. The human need to compete will still be present I think, but as with sports, this too can cause people to want to do their best.
